5. Payment Terms

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, reports, designs, and materials created by Ibtikaar Consulting for your project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. You receive a license to use these materials for your internal business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. All client information is used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services and is not disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ibtikaar Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our consulting services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
